The reel is worth checking because it mixes real public-record items with claims that run far ahead of the evidence. The right standard is simple: publish what is verified, label what is merely alleged, and reject leaps that cannot be sourced.

There is a real photograph issue, a real high-society-network issue, a real Prince Andrew dinner story, and a real London Capital & Finance regulatory scandal.
